How It Works

This isn’t a “take a year off to find yourself” program. This is a 6-month focused journey to reconnect with your most essential self while building practical tools for the real world we live in.

Healing burnout comes in three parts:

  • The first step to true burnout recovery is honoring what you've lost. Your past contains wisdom that doesn't need to be discarded. Instead, you can take what was valuable from who you used to be and carry it forward into who you're becoming.

    In this step of The Path, we'll uncover what's at the root of your burnout - whether it stems from avoidance, grief, shame, people pleasing, trauma, chronic illness, perfectionism, endless pushing, codependency, systemic oppression, scarcity, lack of boundaries, or fear of asking for more.

    This phase moves with you - it might be one session or several months of deep, intentional presence. 

    I meet you where you are. You set the pace.

  • Change can be challenging. Which is why most people avoid it or give up halfway through. There is doubt. There is uncertainty. There is being new at something.

    The thing that gets you to the other side is staying deeply present within the journey. This isn't work. It's exploration. It's play. It's adventuring.

    Stepping into the wilderness comes with inherent discomfort. It's inside the discomfort that you learn the most valuable lessons about your tenacity and the fact that you are the driving force behind your reality.

    In this phase of The Path, we'll walk (or sit by the fire) to uncover what's blocking you from change by identifying your deepest fears and all the ways you're "keeping yourself safe" while avoiding what's true for you. We’ll work through nature based practices to close the stress cycle, heal trapped grief, understand the deeper needs of your spirit and build resilience that works in the real world.

    This is where you meet your inner wisdom - a powerful North Star that will guide you through life's most challenging obstacles, now and into the future.

  • Remember earlier when I said your burnout is probably not your job? Ok, maybe it's a little your job, but here's the thing you already know: you have to do the inner work first to attract the life you want most.

    Once you've done that work, what you want flows. It sounds like wellness culture jibber jabber, but I've seen it happen on repeat.

    You might find you need to move mountains to step into a life that feels like you. Or you may discover that all you need to do is ask, and everything you want is already resting dormant inside the life you've built.

    This is where things get exciting.

    We go sit in a field with a big piece of paper, your favorite way to write, color, or paint, and an open heart.

  • I offer personalized, one-on-one support focused on creating lasting change. We meet you exactly where you are to help you overcome burnout and reclaim your energy. You can experience this approach through a free nature walk session.

  • Yes! We specialize in phone-based nature coaching and serve an international community including clients in Canada, Italy, UK, Mexico, and beyond.

  • While walking in nature is a core element of our work due to its evidence-based stress-healing benefits, we can adapt to your needs. Sessions can be conducted seated or from your garden via Zoom if that better serves you.

  • My signature work is exclusively 1:1 coaching - a comprehensive six-month program designed for deep, sustained transformation in your burnout recovery journey. I also host Tending the Fire - a free monthly virtual group coaching gathering where you can connect with others and experience elements of my approach in a supportive community setting. While these sessions offer valuable connection and insights, the profound changes my clients achieve come through the dedicated focus and sustained work of our 1:1 partnership.

  • Your program begins the day you join, with access for as long as you choose to continue. Most clients see initial results within three months and significant life shifts within six months to a year. You could begin live coaching as soon as next week.

  • You'll work directly with Jenevieve, the head coach, for all 1:1 calls and community events.

  • No, this is not therapy. While therapy specializes in processing trauma and healing emotional wounds to reach baseline functioning, coaching focuses on healing mental blocks, and shifting your patterns so you can move forward. We help you integrate past lessons to create a future aligned with your essential self. As a Certified Nature Coach, I recommend working with a licensed therapist if you need additional support while in this program.

  • I maintain a select roster of 10 dedicated clients to ensure deep, personalized attention. Currently, 2 spots are available for my next 1:1 program, with enrollment opening in spring and fall. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
